2000 the club

Working in collaboration with Milan Polytechnic this research project was undertaken for the furniture manufacturer Haworth and focuses on the concept of the Club office where employees move around depending on their project or work group. The concept was developed following observations of strategies and behaviour occurring in the traditional market place. A flexible and transformable space was designed: self supporting poles and textile canopies were implemented to define the space and provide power supplies and cable management: all structures can be moved with ease meaning that the space is easily reconfigurable.
