The democratic ethos of the company is reflected in the layout of the office. Being a mobile network company the various departments include; sales, management, communications and creative teams. The large, shared desks encourages integration and communication between different divisions of the company emphasising the communal dynamic. The desks are pulled away from the windows meaning that everyone has access to views of the city. The users are encouraged to interact with and configure the space themselves: the mesh curtains can be drawn or pulled across depending on the level of privacy required: this creates varying levels of transparency. Similarly the coloured personal boxes can be moved to create spatial divisions. The brand colours are used in the furniture, personal boxes and mesh curtains contribute to the creation of a fun, unified working environment.
